Afurada is an original fishing village, 5 kilometers out of Porto, directly on the Estuario do Douro nature reserve. The house was completely renovated in 2025 and offers luxurious comfort. Your cozy holiday home offers space for two or three people. Surrounding the house you will find 25 restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a golf place, the port of Afurada 300 m and the Atlantic coast only 2 km away with wonderful beaches, jogging paths, restaurants and idyllic wooden walkways. 波尔图传统生活方式

Is a secular house with granite stonework and the typical colors of the neighborhood and is located in the historic center of Porto. It was totally restored by an architect of the Porto chamber keeping the old moth. The decoration is based on family pieces carefully collected and restored by me containing objects from various periods. The objective was to preserve as possible the way of life of the Porto residents and in every corner of the house will feel and appreciate their personality.

Villa Boucinha, l'histoire d'une ancienne bâtisse à laquelle nous avons redonné toute sa jeunesse. Vous découvrirez quelques détails de son ancienne vie, toutefois elle bénéficie aujourd'hui de beaux volumes offrant : un magnifique séjour cathédrale, baigné de lumière par ses larges baies vitrées, une cuisine, 3 chambres spacieuses (penderies, lits doubles) dont une suite parentale (dressing, salle de douche attenante), une salle de douche, 3 WC et une magnifique terrasse végétalisée.

Recentemente restaurada, diferencia-se 2 zonas principais no interior do edificio, uma área social, e uma área reservada, de 5 suites.A escassos metros da praia, restaurantes, bares e para apreciadores de peixe, da Lota da Aguda pode fazer caminhadas pelos passadiços ou deslocar-se de comboio.
