Dům má plně vybavenou kuchyň, ale lze si objednat snídaně, obědy i večeře. Dům má velkou terasu ve tvaru písmene L s nádherným výhledem na plantáž s kávovníky, banánovníky, citrusy a vzdálený oceán.
