Welcome to our update Adirondack retreat within the Conklin Cottage home, centrally located in the charming village of Saranac Lake, 15 minutes from downtown Lake Placid. The entire three bedroom, two bathroom unit has been expertly curated to highlight all four ADK seasons. For winter ski retreats to summer outdoor adventures, this unit serves as the perfect home base for any ADK trip. We are local experts - ask us anything, we’re here to ensure your ADK stay is one to remember.

Village Cottage-Walk to Downtown

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.

House on Lake Flower close to downtown and Ice Castle (Winter) and Farmers Market (Summer/Fall). Guests have access to the downstairs of the home (upstairs is vacant/closed off). Picture windows offer fantastic views of Lake Flower, the Adirondacks and the downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.
