Moderna cucina con penisola dove è possibile consumare dei veloci pasti guardando il mare. Ampio giardino con lettini da sole dal quale ammirare la vista mare. Solarium e garage. Very charming sea view villa designed by Jacques Couelles, the architect choosen by Prince Aga Khan to built Costa Smeralda, with a 1000 sqm private garden inside a resort with swimming pool (3 min walking) and direct access to the beach (5 min walking). The swimming pool is open from 1/06 to 10/9 with a lifeguard. In the other months the pool is closed. Private outdoor car parking. 5 minutes driving from Porto Cervo. Check in is betwen 14pm to 10pm. Between 7pm to 10pm it is a self check-in.
