The apartment is located in the center of Piraeus and next to the port. Metro, airport connection, ferries, train, suburban train, bus station and tram all within 100 meters. Central location!! The apartment you are going to stay in is brand new and fully renovated with a bedroom, kitchen, living room, 55 square meters and a balcony, all with high architectural standards. Located on the 5th floor. It is comfortable and luxurious to make your stay unforgettable!

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
