We have a large, lower unit, private studio with a separate entrance, washer/dryer, and private outdoor space. It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample on street parking and is very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

Easy commute to San Francisco as well, 5 minutes walking distance to San Francisco ferry which goes by Alcatraz or you can take an easy bus ride to the city that takes the beautiful Golden Gate Bridge.

The quaint town offers gourmet restaurants, the Mill Valley Outdoor Art Club, cafes, shopping, trail heads and a movie theater. The apartment is located in a walkable flat area, but also steps away from great hiking and biking. There is plentiful free and safe parking on the street.

This is a very quiet neighborhood apartment, but only a 10 minute walk away from downtown San Rafael. 25 minutes from San Francisco and Sonoma too. We do live above.

Ideal for one person (will consider two on request, if sharing bed). Great for short- or longer-term stays.
