The end townhouse with direct frontage onto the green beach bush reserve. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and awake to the sound of the birds. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. The 'Boatsheds' at Sawtell beach is a fully renovated unique funky apartment. Nothing is closer to the beach, estuary, & headland. Walk out the door to surf, swim, paddle board, fish, or walk 5 min to Sawtell village shops, best coffee & eats. Sawtell cinema, pub, & club, feature in the small village like atmosphere. The golf course is alright too. Suitable for a weekend or a week, it is comfortable, fully self contained with kitchen, laundry, BBQ deck, and peaceful surroundings.

Easy walk to 2 cafes plus Valla Tavern and pharmacy. Nambucca is a 10 minute drive for shopping, cinema, restaurants and Golf. Coffs airport 30 mins away.
