The bathroom has a large shower and tankless water heater. Full kitchen, gas fireplace and a 55" TV with Roku, that allows you to log into your own accounts and log out when you leave. Great deal so close to the shuttle! No additional fees for pets and the 12% Placer County transient tax is factored into the price.

This two-bedroom two bath unit is spacious and comfortable. The unit is not suitable for children under age three. This is a downstairs unit with a small outdoor deck that includes an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. You will find the location in The Boulders to be convenient for all your outdoor activities. Approximately 0.3 miles away from the Condo is The Village, where you will find restaurants, shopping, live music, family-friendly activities and 3,600 acres of ski-able terrain in the winter and some of the best Spring, Summer and Fall hikes. Also during your stay, you won’t have to deal with early morning ski traffic.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
