绿色之家

Ein kleines nettes Haus mit ca. 70m2 Wohnfläche in ruhiger Lage, am Johannesweg, 4 km bis zur Therme und 25 Autominuten von Linz. Unser Haus wurde 1974 gebaut und 2019 komplett saniert. Daher ist es modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Hier kann man sich erholen, entspannen oder am Johannesweg bei einer 3-tägigen Pilgerreise eine Auszeit nehmen und die Magie des Mühlviertel spüren. Durch unser Reitwegenetz von rund 700 km auf der Mühlviertel-Alm freuen wir uns auch immer über Wanderreiter!

V tomto stylovém ubytování se zabaví celá tvoje rodina či parta přátel. Objekt nabízí komfortní ubytování až pro 17 osob. Vila Dvorečná se nachází na okraji osady Dvorečná, cca pět minut autem od sjezdovky v Lipně nad Vltavou. Objekt je třípodlažní se dvěmi terasami, grilem, ohništěm, krytým venkovním bazénem s protiproudem a vnitřním wellness se saunou a vířivkou. Objekt pronajímáme celý. Pokud cestujete s malými dětmi, je možné zapůjčit dětskou postýlku, jídelní židličku či vaničku.

Vom Balkon blickst du ins Naturschutzgebiet und hast direkten Zugang zur großen Rodl. Im Obergeschoss findest du gemütliche Schlafplätze. Entspannen kannst du in der Fasssauna im Garten oder in der Hängematte mit Ausblick. Café Maschine: Tschibo Cafissimo Verschiede Sauna-Aufguss Öle vorhanden. Wir freuen uns auf dich :)

Wir liegen in der Nähe (Entfernung 800m) des Ortszentrums von Neumarkt im Mühlkreis und sind mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr (800m bergauf) gut zu erreichen. Besonders freut es uns, dass wir direkt am Pferdeeisenbahn-Wanderweg liegen.
