This charming house was built by an Italian architect in the 1920s for his family. Includes 1 spacious bedroom ( downstairs), living room, dining room, huge kitchen, 1/2 bathroom ( downstairs), washer and dryer, and full bathroom. The house is still in the process of being remodeled, so there are a few cracks and blemishes.
