Our home is a 430 sq.ft. guest house which we have lived in and enjoyed for the past year while renovating our 1842 farmhouse which is located next door. We are centrally located to many tourist attractions and small walkable towns including Watkins Glen, Horseheads, Montour Falls and Corning. We are located 25 minutes from Corning Glass Museum and 9 miles to the Seneca Lake wine trail. If you love to walk, bike, hike, shop, eat, drink, browse antiques or sit by waterfalls then come visit us!

Your stay here will be relaxing and peaceful in a private and spacious suite with a private dock & kayaks. Located in Hector, you’ll be surrounded by wineries, breweries and farm to table dining. The bnb is located on the second level of unoccupied storage space but your entry requires just two steps as seen in the photos. The path to the lake is well lit a 60-90 second walk. I live between the bnb and the lake so I’m available at all times. Please read “The space” below for all the amenities.

Beautifully hand-crafted rustic upstairs studio loft built from lumber right off the property. Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the northeast end of Waneta Lake. Only 2 miles to Keuka Lake and 15 min to Seneca Lake. Close to many wineries/breweries. Comfortable queen bed in its own bedroom, also two twin beds. WiFi and TV w/Roku. Deck off the main entrance. Close to Hammondsport, Watkins Glen, and Corning. Located directly behind owners residence. Lake access for fishing/kayaking.

Outside you have a gas grill, private picnic table near the water and the fire ring right on the shore of Lake Cayuta. Fish right from the shore or launch your boat, roast smores over your fire ring, dance to live music or join in on Karaoke, make new friends!

You will be near the Finger Lakes National Forest and numerous state parks with trails, waterfalls and swimming. Our property is in a beautiful wooded setting, with a porch in the trees for relaxing.
