Rubislaw B&B Double, Cheviot View airy attic suite

The picturesque village of Town Yetholm is an ideal base to explore the Borders: 200m from St Cuthberts Way; 1km from the Pennine Way; 24 miles from Lindesfarne. Rubislaw rooms have coffee & tea facilities, hair dryer, TV, wifi, gardens, deck & outdoor seating. Rooms have double beds, but an additional single bed or cot can be added on request. If you require 2 rooms our Garden View room may be available. We provide a generous continental breakfast, but we do not have self catering facilities.

The Canal Room sits upstairs within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. The large room is stylishly furnished (super king size bed), tv/wifi, and heated through ground source. The property has off-road parking with use of/ views into a landscaped garden/canal. Breakfast is a cold self-served buffet in the 'Den'.

Beautiful walks, private stay, self check-in

The Mill, formerly the sawmill for Borthwick Hall, is a charming property built in the 1800s. The conversion of the building was completed in 2003 and is now a wonderful family home. My husband, Steve, and I moved up to Scotland from London in December 2017 and absolutely love it up here. With lovely people and beautiful open spaces, it’s the perfect place for us to relax and raise our kids. We love having friends and family visit and look forward to offering our space to guests as well.

Law Cottage Coldingham Room and private bathroom

Recently completely renovated, garden is still on going this picturesque cottage in Coldingham offers you a double bedroom and private bathroom plus continental breakfast. You will be welcomed by Corporal Collin a very friendly Jack Russell Terrier, to a warm and sunny room with it's own large bathroom. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach and the costal path, with all the wonderful scenery and walks, an abbey, plus a beautiful sandy beach, marine reserve and nearby fishing harbour town.

The room is lovely, bright & spacious with twin beds, or super king size bed (for couples). It has been newly refurbished and enjoys a bijou en-suite shower room. Easy access to the city centre either on foot or bus. There are 2 regular & frequent bus services - you'll love it! Wonderful views of Arthur's Seat & Blackford Hill Royal Observatory.

Room has sloping ceilings so maybe a problem for taller guests. Room is upstairs so not suitable for young children or disabled

If only one room is booked, rest assured that we won't let out the second bedroom so you will have the space to yourselves

A snug cottage bedroom at Larriston Farm - a mid 19th century farm steading around a cobbled courtyard. We're in a very rural setting, 20-25 minutes' drive from Kielder Water, the observatory and also Newcastleton. Dogs welcome. We offer breakfast and you're welcome to use the kitchen to cook a light evening meal. We have another double room too - check our other listing.
