The Beach Chalet

Ocean-view property close to Walk-On Beach, 3 miles south of Gualala. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a loft with a queen size bed. Hot tub with a view of the ocean. The property is part of The Sea Ranch Association, which includes three recreation centers with pools, tennis courts, volleyball courts, pickleball courts, saunas and numerous biking and walking trails along pristine coastline and beaches. The house is very close to the Mendocino county line and the town of Gualala with great restaurants.

While it was built in 1968, it's been updated to make sure you have everything you need for a private and relaxing stay: the separate office has monitors and 300+ Mbps internet, the kitchen is fully-equipped, and the garage has a level 2 EV charger and a Peloton. The Bluffs at Sea Ranch - Expansive Ocean Views

At The Bluffs unobstructed ocean views and private gardens await! Location, Style and Value - The north end is arguably the best Location on the ranch for visitors! It's closest to the town of Gualala with it's shops, markets and eating/drinking establishments. This Property can be booked online up to 6 months in advance and the calendar is always up to date! Limited to 4 guests, no pets will be considered. An adult over 21 must be present at all times. Not recommended for small children.

Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle. Hidden among the redwoods of California’s Sonoma Coast, roughly three hours north of San Francisco, Mini-Mod #3 is one of only two individual residences at The Sea Ranch listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Designed in 1967 by Joseph Esherick and George Homsey, the small modernist retreat is one of the defining homes from Sea Ranch’s formative years, pairing Northern California modernism with understated contemporary comforts.
