We're a seven minute drive to Gualala Point Beach, where one can park and enjoy a scenic, short 15 minute or 30 minute walk to the beach. "Gualala" means "Where The River Meets The Ocean." We are minutes away from the Gualala River - kayaking, The Gualala Arts Center, The Sea Ranch Golf Links, the Gualala Township shops, galleries, restaurants, and services.

Our cozy, oceanfront gem has amazing views and is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with yourself, loved ones, and friends. When whales are migrating, you can spot them from our comfy couch. We are on the bluff with an oceanfront hot tub, within walking distance to Gualala restaurants, groceries & shops. Please respect our dream home, our neighbors, & bring only good vibes here. This is a beautiful and remote area, please plan accordingly to relax and enjoy the slow pace of life here.

The Beach Chalet

Ocean-view property close to Walk-On Beach, 3 miles south of Gualala. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a loft with a queen size bed. Hot tub with a view of the ocean. The property is part of The Sea Ranch Association, which includes three recreation centers with pools, tennis courts, volleyball courts, pickleball courts, saunas and numerous biking and walking trails along pristine coastline and beaches. The house is very close to the Mendocino county line and the town of Gualala with great restaurants.

We are a block to the 7-mile Sea Ranch Bluff trail that spans along the entire Sea Ranch coast and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gualala (stores and restaurants) as well as Gualala State Beach, Del Mar Rec Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Course (currently closed).

As seen in Dwell, Turnbull's Baker House is a Sea Ranch classic Binker Barn resting on 2 acres of redwoods. While it was built in 1968, it's been updated to make sure you have everything you need for a private and relaxing stay: the separate office has monitors and 300+ Mbps internet, the kitchen is fully-equipped, and the garage has a level 2 EV charger and a Peloton. Hidden among the redwoods of California’s Sonoma Coast, roughly three hours north of San Francisco, Mini-Mod #3 is one of only two individual residences at The Sea Ranch listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Designed in 1967 by Joseph Esherick and George Homsey, the small modernist retreat is one of the defining homes from Sea Ranch’s formative years, pairing Northern California modernism with understated contemporary comforts.

Havens Neck "Barn" designed by San Francisco architect David Crimmins. rustic on the exterior, fits the forest setting. The modern interior has 11'-0" open beam ceilings and heated concrete floors.
