Guests are encouraged to enjoy the hiking trails, pools, and outdoor amenities. House comfortably sleeps 4, plus fiber-optic internet

Our family-friendly home with 2BR + kids loft / 2BA is located at the north end of Sea Ranch. We are a block to the 7-mile Sea Ranch Bluff trail that spans along the entire Sea Ranch coast and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gualala (stores and restaurants) as well as Gualala State Beach, Del Mar Rec Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Course (currently closed).

Historic Baker House available for the first time

As seen in Dwell, Turnbull's Baker House is a Sea Ranch classic Binker Barn resting on 2 acres of redwoods. While it was built in 1968, it's been updated to make sure you have everything you need for a private and relaxing stay: the separate office has monitors and 300+ Mbps internet, the kitchen is fully-equipped, and the garage has a level 2 EV charger and a Peloton. Enjoy the outdoors year-round from the hot tub or the Galanter & Jones heated furniture that overlooks the forest and ocean.

Private and spacious redwoods retreat at Sea Ranch

Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle. Balina: ocean views, hot tub, pets OK, remodeled

Balina is a home on the meadow with ocean views. It is a beautiful location for a relaxing getaway with friends and family. You can sometimes see whales from the deck during whale watching season, which is why the house was named "Balina," Turkish for "whale," by a previous owner. The bluffs are a 5 minute walk from the house with close access to multiple beaches. We currently stay at Balina every other month ourselves, and we care about the condition of the house very much.

ROSEA Ranch: cozy, oceanfront, walk to beach

Located steps from premier sand beach, Walk on Beach. Entering the gates, you'll be greeted by a tranquil, mature garden blocked from the wind, a deck, and a hot tub. Inside this solar powered 1970s modern vernacular contemporary home, you'll find a cozy raised living room positioned for maximum views. Bedrooms are on the ground floor, along with bathrooms, living, dining, fully-equipped kitchen, and laundry. A study is upstairs. 1% of proceeds go to airbnb.org

One story condo with amazing ocean views! Living room has large picture windows looking out towards the ocean. Located in the town of Gualala and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Very fast and reliable wifi. EV Charging Station. Guests can take advantage of the numerous hiking trails and beaches nearby. Enjoy a cup of coffee provided for you while gazing out over the ocean.

Havens Neck Barn - west of highway 1

Havens Neck "Barn" designed by San Francisco architect David Crimmins. rustic on the exterior, fits the forest setting. The modern interior has 11'-0" open beam ceilings and heated concrete floors. West of Highway 1 located near Anchor Bay. Warm & Wind-protected. Filtered blue water views. **please note: the wood-burning hot tub is not currently operational (photo only for front yard views)
