It's a perfect place for a peaceful escape or chance to experience the wide variety of seasonal New England activities from swimming and leaf peeping to ice fishing. The Little Lake house is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Peaceful Plum Island cottage, renovated fall of 2018 and 2023 with New England coastal charm. Open floor plan and water views of the marsh, a short 3 minute walk to the beach. Watch the sun rise over the Atlantic and enjoy the spectacular sunset directly in front of the house for a nightly show. Walk the cottage for ice cream, Rip tide & the Sunset Club for cocktails and dinner. Beach, boating, fishing, wildlife sanctuary, and the historic downtown Newburyport all just 40 miles from Boston!

Beach House

Our comfortable accessory apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or to the center of the Salisbury Beach business district where guests can enjoy a stroll on the newly refurbished boardwalk or visit the shops, arcades or view fireworks every Saturday night in the summer. Guests may walk to the Blue Ocean Music Hall or take a quick 2 mile drive or bike ride into the State Reservation, to our favorite place to spot seals at low tide. There are also facilities, beach and a playground.
