1930s Corner Grocery Store Turned Remodeled Home

Prepare meals in a gourmet subway-tiled kitchen, complete with stainless Frigidaire appliances. High ceilings and an open layout give a real feeling of space, while a cluster of wall paintings adds style. Use supplied cruiser bikes to explore Long Beach area or relax with your favorite shows on the Roku TV. Our modern home has been thoughtfully designed to deliver modern conveniences and comfort while maintaining the style and spirit of home! This space can sleep up to 2 comfortably and a futon for 2 additional guests. We have BIKES, a TV, a gourmet kitchen with stainless Frigidaire appliances and laundry room. You will have the entire space for you and your guests! This home has it’s own Private entrance! There is free street parking in front of the house (never had an issue getting parking)! I am available to answer questions via the app, phone or text! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! Jump on the cruiser bikes to begin exploring, with the beach less than 2 miles away. Downtown Long Beach is not much further, and is known for its sports bars. Sights such as Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and Hollywood are also within easy reach. Beachfront Oasis

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Dog friendly for under 20 lbs. for additional $10/day charged separately upon checking in. Unfortunately cats are not allowed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Literally on the sand of the gorgeous Peninsula of Long Beach. This is an air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 1 bath private guesthouse with full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, and plentiful parking. The private backyard is perfect for a dog to run around. Nearby dog beach where you can take your furry friend off-leash. 30min to Disneyland, 10min from the Grand Prix/Long Beach Convention Center, 1min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the canals. Over 50 restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk radius.

The private second floor of our home (we live downstairs) has been completely remodeled. This is a classic 1960's beach house with brand new windows, doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furnishings, appliances - you name it. We are super proud of the finished look and know it will make a wonderful home away from home!
