Moon Bay Cottage is the quintessential Maine seaside retreat, tucked away in a small cottage community, with beautiful views, and only a few steps away to the private community beach on Penobscot Bay. We named Moon Bay Cottage for our favorite time to visit, when the moon is full, and the moonlight shimmers on the waters of Penobscot Bay. We invite you to come and fall in love with this wonderful spot where you drift to sleep listening to the lapping waters of the Bay, and calls of the Loons.

Brand new roomy apartment on downtown Belfast waterfront. This full second floor apartment is steps from the water with sweeping views of Penobscot Bay. Apartment has wooden floors, full kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, and bath. Private staircase leads to your oasis across from public park and 3 mile walk trail. Venture downstairs where breakfast and lunch is available at Crumbs Provisions. Bike rentals and Saturday farmers market are within a two minute walk. Non smoking property.

Lavender by the Sea

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

This is a Water Front property, unique and tranquil getaway. Newly renovated 2025, this is a perfect spot for your serious fun. Located on water in Penobscot. Bird watchers take notice, watch the eagles soar over head out your door, visit the many islands & see the Puffins, Whale watch. Lots to do kayaking, hiking and lot more! This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own private point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Our secluded, very quiet and private two bedroom cabin with loft features a bug-free screened-in porch on its large deck. The cabin overlooks peaceul Sandy Pond, inhabited by bald eagles, loons, and herons. Watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets, fish and kayak from our dock. We're close to coastal Belfast, Unity, MOFGA (annual Common Ground Fair), Waterville, Acadia and Camden. Eat at The Lost Kitchen, visit the Amish, hike the Hills to Sea Trail.
