#209 Amazing Studio Condo on the Prom by the beach

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. My second floor, pet-friendly studio is located in a small (15-unit) property at the quiet, north end of Seaside's famous Promenade, 'the Prom'. A short 15-min stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants! There's a nice peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. Pets may not be left unattended in the unit... or in your vehicle, ty!

Guests love our custom home on the golf course, just half a block from The Cove, a favorite beach for surfing and beachcombing in Seaside, Oregon. This single level home features an open concept design with three king bedroom suites. It is light, bright, and filled with ocean imagery. From the gas fireplace to the gourmet kitchen, it's all new. There is a fenced backyard with Adirondack chairs on the patio, a hot tub and a propane grill. Plus, there is a game room in the garage.
