The suite (660 sq ft) comprises 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a daylight bathroom, a dry kitchenette, and 1 parking spot on the driveway. The private entrance is accessible by the outside staircase next to the driveway. The home is located in a friendly, and safe neighborhood in Fountain, CO. Grocery store is 1 mile away, and most attractions are within 30 min/car.

Cozy & Private 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house! 420 & Pet Friendly! Has a smaller sized dog door leading to fenced in area. Bigger dogs ok, just can't fit through dog door. Private off street parking. Less than 5 mins from anything you need! (Walmart, many restaurants and fast food, gas, pet store, and more) CLEAN 6 person Hot Tub. Nice massage chair. 3 TV's w/ROKU. Washer/Dryer. This great space has all the comforts you need for a enjoyable home away from home. There is a sleeping, lounging and dining area as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and a lovely patio space. We have established and grow a large variety of edible plants. On our 1/4 acre lot we use a compost and a rain catching system to support our food forest, spiral herb garden and annual beds. We raise chickens and have been attempting to start an apiary. I am happy to give garden tours if interested.

You’ll want for nothing as there is a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a shower and bathtub, as well as ample room for your family.
