This stunner has 2 sitting rooms, a fully stocked kitchen to cook your own gourmet meals, a dining room that seats 6, 3 bedrooms with 2 queen and 2 twin beds, 2 full baths with one on each floor, utility room with washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a relaxing front porch. Located just five blocks from the Katy Trail and downtown and 1.5 miles from the State Fair and Community College.

Walking distance to Katy Trail, Downtown Sedalia, Bothwell Hospital, drug store, grocery store, urgent care and only 2.1 miles to Missouri State Fairgrounds. House has three bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs in addition to a daybed located in downstairs sitting room. All amenities including a wonderful laundry room, stocked kitchen, and a huge fenced backyard. Very homey and tranquil.

Built in 1940, this cute old sheep farm still holds its charm with many modern updates.
