Smješten je u stambenoj zgradi u koju se ulazi sa sjeverne strane pa je ulaz praktički u razini stana koji je na 3. katu. Sa balkona-loggie pruža se lijep pogled na more, prostor gdje možete boraviti tokom dana. Spavača soba ima prostrani krevet, garderobni ormar i trosjed. U dnevnom boravku sofa se pretvara u ležaj za dvoje. Parkirno mjesto je ispred zgrade.
