Only 3 min walking distance to the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants & cafe and 5 min walk to an outdoor swimming pool with hot tubs and sauna. 10 min walk from the nature reserve Grótta - a haven of nature and birdlife. It takes 5 min to drive to Downtown Reykjavík & Grandi harbour area and about 20 min if you choose to walk. The Bus stop is right outside our home.

We have 4 bedrooms with bedding arrangements suitable for 2 adults and 3 children/young adults. A recently refurbished family bathroom and a smaller WC with a shower. The kitchen is newly furnished and has a cosy sitting nook. The house is on one floor with a spacious living area. The house is our family home and is very suitable for young children.
