Ce chaleureux studio se trouve à proximité de la Basilique de Koekelberg et de plusieurs commerces (boulangeries, pharmacies, supermarchés, etc.). L’appartement est situé au 1er étage d'un petit immeuble sans ascenseur. Le centre ville est facilement accessible depuis l'appartement (15 minutes en transports et 10 minutes en voiture). Les transports en communs sont proches de l'appartement et il est également facile de stationner son véhicule dans le quartier.

En voiture, vous serez à 15 min de Mons, 8 min de Soignies. Pairi Daiza ne se situe qu'à 20 minutes. Le canal du centre et ses ascenseurs historiques se situent à 15 min en voiture. Lorsque la météo le permettra, vous pourrez profiter des différentes terrasses et de la pergola.

Le gîte est une ancienne étable du 19ème siècle aménagée pour le calme, la convivialité, le contact avec la nature et le confort. Cette maison de vacances est prévue pour 4 à 5 personnes avec terrasse en pavé, jardin, meubles de jardin et parking privatif, ainsi qu'un abri couvert pour poussettes et vélos. Bien qu'amis des ANIMAUX, nous ne les autorisons PAS à l'intérieur du gîte. Nous souhaitons également que ce gîte reste un espace NON-FUMEUR.
