We searched for months for the perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 9 days in Tuscany- and we found it! This house is located a nice distance from Lucca, Cinque Terra, Pisa and Florence. However- the house and grounds were so beautiful that we were always torn about staying home or going exploring. We spent mornings at the pool and evenings adventuring. Andrea was a warm and kind host, always helpful. We had plenty of room for two adults and three young kids. We are beyond grateful to have gotten to spend time in this special place. The photos don’t do it justice. Do not hesitate to book this! Really such a special place. Thank you, Andrea and family.

Beautiful location and Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host with great local recommendations. Check in was easy and the property was spacious, cool (needed in the heat) and very well equipped (even a wine cooler!!). The setting of the swimming pool is gorgeous and it is very well kept with sufficient sun beds for all the guests. An overall very relaxed environment and you only really come across other guests at the pool. And, whilst the hosts are always available, with excellent ideas of things to do, they were never intrusive. Fantastic location near to Lucca (15 mins), Pisa (<30mins), Viareggio (~30mins) and the Apuane mountains. A car is a necessity as nothing is walkable (closest bakery/town is 2.5km so doable, though not advisable in the summer heat!!). An overall wonderful week for a family of five with 3 children under 11. Highly recommended

This is a wonderful place in the world and so peaceful and beautiful. Lucca was far closer than we expected and this was a big plus as we fell in love with the place. There is plenty to do and visit. The pool is nice and big and we found no problem sharing with the other houses, access is 8.00am-8.00pm. Andrea was friendly and very welcoming and very responsive to any questions we had. We also went to the beach. It's worth reading up about Italian beach clubs before you come, they take a lot of the hassle out of a day by the sea but can really vary in price and get booked up.

Andrea ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Host. Das Apartment ist aber in einem sehr alten Zustand (vor allem Badezimmer und Küche) und hat dringenden Renovationsbedarf. Auffällig ist der starke unangenehme Geruch und die geringe Beleuchtung. Zudem funktioniert die Air Condition nur schwach oder gar nicht. Gefallen hat uns der Aussenbereich mit Pool.

Andrea was a great host. Very friendly and helpful, he even brought a cake for our daughter's birthday. The location is superb, very well maintained garden, lots of space, beautiful flowers and plants. Recommended!
