Everything was great! The location was directly across a small residential street from the beach. Richard had everything that one would need in the unit. Great attention to detail. Wonderful view! However, no fault of Richard, but the unit is 2 1/2 short blocks from the railroad tracks, which would have been fine. However, they must be required to blow their horn as they approach the Leucadia Blvd. exit. and, the trains pass through there periodically late into the night and very early in the morning, which woke up my wife and I multiple times.

Amazing location with plenty of space for our family. Off street parking and laundry were a big bonus! Great value.

Loved staying here! Richard's home is right across from the ocean in Encinitas. It's a beautiful, clean, and spacious home that has everything you need from great beds, comfortable living room area, beautiful view from the balcony, towels, iron, and shower accessories. It's clear that Richard is an expert host for vacation rentals. I would 100% stay here again for my next trip to San Diego.

This was the perfect place for a friend trip / birthday getaway. We were two moms and two littles who just turned six. Everything was clean, updated, and roomy. Sunsets are especially amazing. Thanks for the perfect home base for the long weekend!
