Larry was superb in his communication and descriptions. Very helpful. His place was well taken care of and clean. The lady cleaning was very nice and helpful about the island as well. Would happily recommend this place. Can walk to vineyard haven and short drive to other places. Overall it more than met our needs and expectations. Thanks Larry.

Our stay in Larry's place was amazing. The house was spacious, bright with lots of great artwork. There were so many places to hang out that we were never in each other's way. The screened in porch was excellent, we hung out there drinking tea or having cocktails. Outdoor shower was also lovely. It is a short walk to Vineyard Haven, so close to everything Larry was very responsive and let us drop our bags early before we checked in. This was a huge help. We would definitely return there when visiting Martha's vineyard

We loved our stay. I like staying within walking distance of town when we go to MV, and Vineyard Haven is my favorite, so it was great to be able to walk to town so easily. The house felt more spacious than the photos suggested, which was a wonderful surprise. The house was clean, the kitchen very well stocked, and there were plenty of sheets and towels. I also really appreciated the good shades in the bedrooms. In addition, our stay was luckily timed with the blooming of the amazing bank of hydrangea bushes right outside the kitchen window. The mature plantings provide welcome privacy from nearby homes. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks, Larry!
