Both guest rooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub. The private master bedroom is to the back of the second floor with a queen bed, a tv and en-suite bathroom. Generous backyard has a dining table, grill and an area with 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. The carriage house at the back of the property has an outdoor shower and a large room on the second floor with a sitting area with tv, card table and full size bunk beds with a twin trundle. Bath and beach towels, linens, fully stocked kitchen utensils and glassware all provided. Full size new washer and dryer are located on the basement level. Ample parking available in the driveway.
