This cottage is in a perfect location. It was large enough for our group of 8 and we found it clean and ready for our stay. Belen was in touch and responded quickly to any of our questions. Our only regret was that there were no rocking chairs on the porch.

Belen was a great host. She responded immediately to all my concerns and questions. The house is adorable and perfectly located for walking to town, shopping and local beaches. The front porch was so relaxing. I would recommend her home to everyone!

We stayed for a week with old friends. The house is clean, comfortable, and has great charm. And the location just can’t be beat, in the heart of town and close to the beach. We hope to stay again next year!

My family (four adults) spent a wonderful vacation at this charming, conveniently located house in Oak Bluffs. The Beach Rose is located within steps of a vibrant commercial area with shops and restaurants, but somehow it always felt quiet and relaxing to sit on the front porch with a book and a cup of coffee. We also enjoyed the more secluded patio in the back, where we had some memorable dinners. Several of us had to work remotely during the daytimes, and not only was there plenty of room for each person to claim an “office” space, but the wifi was also up to the challenge. Belen is truly a Super Host. Every step of the booking and check-in process went seamlessly, and whenever we contacted her with questions about the property she responded promptly and effectively. I would happily do business with her again, and recommend this property without hesitation.
