We were happy with our stay — it's a very cute cottage and a great location! You do need to bring towels and bedding as this is not provided. We knew this, although it was a little inconvenient that the Airbnb did not provide this. Kitchen was well stocked and the main bedroom is really lovely!

We had a lovely stay. This cottage is very cozy and clean. The location is awesome and walkable to the beach and circuit street.

Let me start by saying that the location was within walking distance of most things to do in Oak Bluffs. Based on the photos, I didn't have any idea that the property was located on a dirt road. My GPS had difficulty locating the house. The main table in the kitchen/dining room was very rickety and unstable. Most of the blinds did not have the stem that would allow the blinds to be opened. The beach equipment needs to be replaced (umbrellas, chairs, etc) With 6 people we constantly ran out of hot water. I get the cottage charm, but the owner should spend on a few more modern upgrades.

The place is in sore need of updating. The host was helpful, but the lack of linens and towels was strange to say the least. It was rather cold during our stay which was a Blessing as their were only two small window air conditioning units in. Three bedroom cottage and we would have been miserable had it been hot. The place has great potential and is in a beautiful quiet location within walking distance of downtown Oak Bluffs so that was a plus.

A cute traditional Island cottage. A bit rough but good for younger guests. The screened porch was the most used room on a beautiful fall wknd. Easy walk to Oak Bluff scene!
