We found this last minute for our group of 16 people, we had 5 available rooms of I believe about 7? In the villa. We basically had it to ourselves. Pool was an awesome feature with an amazing rooftop balcony. About 10 minutes from beaches, in a quieter area. Has a lot of steps so if you aren’t into that make sure you get the main floor bedrooms. My guests enjoyed themselves and had a wonderful stay!

The place is amazing, the house is very comfortable, the views are espectacular, near to the downtown, estaría ta and beaches. We have a very great time and definitely recommends it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

La casa es hermosa tiene de todo, bien completa y cada suite tiene su cocina con estufa, nevera, televisor, A/C en cada habitación, baños con duchas y 2 de las suites con Jacuzzis. La piscina con hidromasaje que es un AAA++++ baño en el área de la piscina con ducha doble, cuarto de ejercicios completo con trotadora, pesas etcétera, lavadora y secadora sin ningún costo. La terraza tiene una vista espectacular tanto del mar como de la montaña. Es un lugar que no deja de sorprenderme. Dujardin y Fernando excelentes anfitriones. Fernando ha realizado muchos arreglos en madera que hacen ver la propiedad hermosa y de buen gusto. Dujardin super cool y parece q lo conozco de toda la vida. Dujardin a creado un lugar espectacular para relajarse y entrar en contacto con la naturaleza. Definitivamente volveremos a este tesoro escondido llamado “The terrace of Rincon”. 100% recomendado.

Dujardin built a gorgeous home and was a gracious host. It's clear this property and community are important to him, as are his guests. We rented the full house for our family of 13 (including 3 kids) and the spaces worked out perfectly for us. The many balconies, pool & rooftop offered fabulous views, and we spent ample time watching the birds, iguanas, and coqui (which were a wonderful soundtrack to our vacation). There isn't ample kitchen space or supplies for cooking for a large family, but this wasn't a concern for us as it easily accommodated breakfast/lunch and we generally ate dinner out. Our family would be delighted to stay here again.
