Relax at this private home, with stunning views of Desecheo Island, only 35 minutes from the Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla or 2.5 hours from the Luiz Munoz airport (SJU) in San Juan. Almendro’s Beach is a short 5-minute drive and is a great swimming beach for the whole family or for those sunset walks. Also, within a 5-minute drive are the necessary grocery stores, gyms, gas stations, and restaurants. The spacious primary bedroom and bathroom suite has a king-size bed with a walk-in closet, double sinks, a shower, and exterior doors that lead to the patio and pool area. The 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed. The 4th bedroom also has a queen size bed and exterior doors that lead to the patio and pool area. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people but can accommodate up to 10 people for an extra fee with the sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, wine fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, Keurig machine, mocha pot, pots and pans, cups, plates, utensils, and other comforts of any home. The home is in excellent condition and has public water and power. In case of emergency, the house has a backup generator in the event of a power outage and reserve water in the cistern in case of a water outage. The property is fully fenced-in.
