Overall a beautiful place with plenty of room for our group of 10. Liked we could easily walk to both houses. The views were beautiful. Only wish there was some more basic kitchen essentials like spices, and coffee stuff . But it was a beautiful experience!

The two duplex homes in Rincon was perfect for our 12 guests. We really liked having a separate bathroom for each of the 6 bedrooms. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were clean, large and open for all of us to gather. One condo had up to 10 chairs for eating but the other only had 7. The gate between the two patios was permanently closed, so we made many trips through the parking area to get food, utensils and dishes to make a complete meal. There were towels, could have used more beach ones but didn’t have any washcloths or kitchen towels. There are dishwashers in both units but never could find any dishwasher soap at the stores. It would be nice to have a dish drying rack for the hand washing. Only one of the two gas grills was working, the other is completed rusted out and needs to be replaced. There are some maintenance issues: sticking doors, door knobs that didn’t work, burners on the stove not working, gas burners wouldn’t adjust. But we were able to have a great time.
