This home is AMAZING. The photos do not do it justice. It is absolutely stunning and squeaky clean. I didn't see anything that needed attention. Plenty of paper products as well. They also provided tons of beach items, snorkels, a ton of chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys. Every single thing you could need, they had. You literally just need the clothes on your back when you arrive. We traveled with 5 teenage boys who didn't once say they were bored. Between the pool, the pool table and nearby basketball court they were constantly doing something when we were at the house and I don't think their phones came out once. The home is like a luxury resort, the neighborhood is not and is full of roosters and locals and that is the type of vibe we like. All in all, a great stay.

This is our second stay at John’s. We love the location, the layout of the home and the great views. Property manager is great at communication. Our party of 8 (2 families with teens) had plenty of room to spread out. Just a short walk to the beach. Thanks for another great spring break vacation!

Thus place worked well for the whole group. East quick walk to swim at the beach, house was toddler friendly with only few movements of furniture. We really enjoyed it.

We had a great stay at John’s house. He was extremely responsive and communicative. We did have some difficulty getting in the first time because we were entering the code to the wrong door. The host was quick to respond and help us resolve the problem. He was able to provide a local taxi number and once again responded almost instantaneously. The house was very clean and the rooms were exactly as depicted. We did expect that there were 4 bathrooms in the house (1 per bedroom), however there were actually 3 inside and 1 by the pool. There is a large set of steps to enter the house, something to be aware of if mobility is an issue. As others have said, the roosters were quite noticeable throughout the night and we did not realize that there were sound machines at first. Once we realized that, we used one in every bedroom and it helped drastically. The air conditions and fans also worked wonderfully. Overall, the house was beautiful, clean, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Casa Coqui was an amazing place for a beach vacation. The house has a great lay out for big groups and a great location right next to the beach. In addition, John has stocked the house with everything you need to go to the beach including chairs, umbrella, a cooler, and beach toys. I highly recommend staying here!
