This is a wonderful house, with bedrooms galore, each with its own bathroom, plus a huge living room and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen for any cooking needs. We had a family gathering for Christmas and it couldn't have been happier. The hosts are very responsive, a pleasure to deal with. The house is right on the Farmington River - a beautiful setting. We hope to return in the fall during foliage season. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This house is awesome, right on the river with 5 huge bedrooms. Hosts were friendly. Great weekend away for grilling and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Eight of us rented the entire lodge over 4th of July - great house in a loving setting - right on the river. Erinn was super helpful in making sure our group fit, and with any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend, especially if you love fishing/tubing/kayaking.

Superb site and facility in a natural setting. Sal was wonderful host and all was exactly as described for our stay. Great!

The house is beautiful and a 10 minute drive to Ski Sundown. We were 2 families with active kids and there was plenty of space to have a great time over a long weekend. The house is on the Farmington River and there are even exotic chickens on the property that are awesome to look at. Sal is very friendly and responsive.
