Old house of 100m2 ideally located in the most beautiful village in the center of Istria surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with stunning views. In a quiet street, it is 200m from the center where there are cafes, galleries and restaurants. The village is pedestrian, not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The house is on 4 levels. On the ground floor - spacious kitchen overlooking the small terrace in front of the house. 1st floor - bedroom with a double bed and shower room + WC. On the 2nd - bedroom with 2 single beds + a lounge area with satellite TV, internet, + terrace-courtyard with barbecue and garden shower. On the 3rd - bedroom with 2 beds + bathroom + WC. You have to cross the bedroom on the 2nd floor to access the 3rd floor. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms, washing machine, iron and ironing board, oven and microwave, baby chair and baby bed.

Ivona e il marito sono degli ottimi host e molto disponibili alle nostre richieste. L'alloggio è esattamente come in foto. Come letto in altre recensioni, nè il paese, nè la casa, sono adatti a persone che hanno problemi di mobilità, basta saperlo ( come noi infatti sapevamo) ed è tutto ok. La casa è veramente molto graziosa e al nostro arrivo Ivona ci ha fatto trovare la stufa accesa e la casa addobbata con luci di Natale, tutto molto apprezzato! Il Check-in e il Check-out sono stati molto flessibili in base alle nostre esigenze. Il marito di Ivona inoltre ci ha portato su e giù i nostri bagagli con la propria macchina, cosa fantastica visto che la strada per arrivare all'alloggio è breve ma molto ripida e sarebbe stato molto faticoso portarli a mano. In definitiva, consiglio assolutamente di prenotare questo alloggio!

Ivona was always attentive to our needs and on hand to fix any issues. We were made to feel very welcome and Ivona helped us get our luggage up to the house as it is quite steep. The air con kept the place very cool (it was between 33 and 36 degrees Celsius outside). Motovun is a beautiful town and Ivona's place is a great home to explore from. We were attending a wedding at the castel hotel and Ivona's place had everything we needed to get ourselves looking smart for the event. Would love to return one day ☺️ thank you Ivona!

Wir wurden von Ivona sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie hat unser Gepäck eingeladen und zum Haus gebracht, da Autos in Motovun nicht erlaubt sind. Das Haus ist eben ein altes Haus mit sehr viel Charme. Wir mögen es, wenn nicht alles perfekt ist. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden bei einem längeren Aufenthalt nach 7 Tagen gewechselt. Die Küche war unser Lieblingsort. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus und auch die Innenterrasse laden zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein. Es gibt einen Grill und für kalte Tage einen Ofen. Von Motovun selbst aus kann man viele schöne Strände anfahren sowie wunderbare Ort besichtigen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von Ivona wundervoll umsorgt. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

The house is located in the quiet area of the village.
The village is pedestrian, all in height. The village hotel offers access to the swimming pool and its wellness area (5 min walk) surrounded by a garden. At 10 km from the village the thermal baths (spa) with the suffer water offers a true ressourcement as well of well-being as medicinal. The sea is 30 minutes by car and the beaches accessible to all. The black and white truffles grow in the nearby forest and are tasted at moderate prices in almost all restaurants and - on request - even on pizzas ...! Several restaurants, shops, pizzeria, cafes as well as cultural events. The many hiking trails offer pleasant walks in this beautiful area.
