A delightful stay at Windsong! We had made a detour from our departure in Hobart to visit 'The Wall' (world class) at Derwent Bridge, so we were fortunate to go through Deloraine to stock up for our stay at Sandra's. She has electric hot tops and oven and everything you need to cook in. Her information is spot on! Our main aim was to spend a few days at Cradle Mt and that we did. It is an easy drive from Windsong. Do be mindful whilst driving in Tassie - there is so much abundant wildlife and you will see roadkill frequently. Avoid driving between dusk and dawn. Sandra's beds were like sleeping on clouds. We were so cosy and it made it hard to rise each morning. After exploring all day - it was a treat to come home and relax in a very spacious space. Sandra provides lots of information sheets/books. We went down to Wilmot (village) where the locals are SO friendly. Tasmania is a gem! We hope to return to Windsong and experience more of the Cradle Valley in the near future. Thanks again

Sandra and her place were lovely and cosy. We had a comfortable.stay and really enjoyed our bushwalks. Highly recommend a stay. Thank you Sandra.

We loved the sunrises and sunsets, watching the birds and wallabies, and the proximity to Cradle Mountain. Sandra provided coffee, bread, jam, butter, eggs, fruit, and milk, which were greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend Sandra’s place :) very comfortable and cozy and had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Fantastic location only a 30-40 minute drive to cradle mountain. Beautiful walks near by also. Sandra left a book and brochures detailing things to do which was very helpful. The bread, jam and eggs was such a nice touch as well. Sandra was a lovely host.
