Wonderful house with everything you could need in a beautiful part of the world. All instructions given made it easy to find and check in to Casa Azul. Everything worked as needed at the house and the information guide provided made it so so very little contact with the host was necessary making the vacation feel that much more private and efficient. Would stay again and recommend for anyone else coming to the Playa Venao area.

Casa Azul is an incredible property like none other! The location right on the beach with the perfect waves right outside your back door makes for a magical experience. We stayed here with our family of 4 and our best friends (another family of 4), we all had an unforgettable time together! Jumping in the pool and morning swims in the ocean were our favorite things to do. We also surfed in the mornings and evenings, the location of this house is just perfect! Easy walk down to town for a whatever you need and private enough to feel like you are in your own private place. We would love to come back and stay again!

When we arrived, everyone literally ran through the house and out to the pool and beach beyond screaming 'oh my god, are we really staying here?!' The setting is absolutely perfect. The house is well laid out with a well appointed kitchen and living room separated from the sleeping quarters, by the entrance hall , which surrounds the trellis covered courtyard. The courtyard is the best space in the house because it allows you to be outside, but shaded from the midday sun and shielded from the constant breezes. The pool is perfectly proportioned and the yard, plantings, flowers, hammock just exquisite. The beach, also perfect! Big (and little) waves with very little current and undertow, Pristine sand. Easy walk to restaurants, and the surf dojo. Eco Venao across highway 2 has a trail that leads up to a nice overlook of the horseshoe bay, but don't be startled by the howler monkees. An absolutely beautiful little corner of the planet, and the house was the icing on the cake!

This house was awesome, it is right on the sand, private, and with great location. About a 5-7 minute walk to the restaraunts/stores in Venao. I have 4 kids (14,12,10,8), We really liked that we could walk into town, surf/eat/etc… and then retreat to our own private spot for pool and relaxation. Also, Venao felt really safe overall which was nice. Charlie was super responsive and even proactive one day when the power went out in town due to high winds. House has generator backup which was awesome. Place was great, no complaints
