We had a 4x4 and took several days off road experience in Yellow Stone and Grand Teton. When we check the map and plan to go the tree house, it suprised us. We went up to top of hill, found the hose, get in and find everything we want is there. We don't want to go anywhere but just stay there for day and night for a peaceful life. We listen to the music, we cook, we watch stars in the night. I cannot say anymore how impressive it is. It is one of my best memory in my life.
Great place to stay ,such a unique experience in our ustrip. we really enjoy and very happy have dinner with lovely neighthour 'JACK'.will recommend my friend :)
We loved visiting the Treehouse. Located close to Park City but just far enough to feel secluded and relaxing. Adorable place!
The treehouse is a beautiful, relaxing, romantic spot - we were able to relax and recharge during our stay. Thank you Rocky & Gianni for the details and for sharing this spot with us.
The Treehouse is nestled next to our chalet at home in a very private and rural canyon community located outside Park City. We ask that you respect this property as your home, treat our neighbors as your neighbors, and keep your distance from the wildlife who find refuge here.
We are situated off the I-80 approximately 15 minutes east of Kimball Junction, the freeway exit to Park City, offering the best powder resorts on earth, magnificent restaurants, diverse shopping, endless sports and recreation, and anything else you can dream up!
We are less than an hour from Salt Lake City and the SLC International Airport.
YEAR-ROUND VEHICLE REQUIREMENT
Our roads are a combination of dirt, mud, gravel, ice and/or snow packed and not always plowed. You must have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle with clearance to access year-round; snow tires and/or chains are mandatory during our snow and mud season (November through May).
Uber/Lyft or public transit is not an option. Traditional rental agencies will not provide chains and tell you their vehicles are fine for our mountain; they are NOT.
If you need to rent a car, we recommend Epic Jeep Rentals and Mark Miller Subaru, or Park City Taxi for transit services. These rental agencies do have capable rental vehicles with the proper tires that will navigate our roads successfully.
We do not refund for inability to access or if we deny guest entry at any time due to insufficient equipment.
If you get stuck, we advise Park City Tow, which is at your own expense; we do not offer recovery services or road-side assistance.
Originally from San Diego, California, my husband, Gianni, and I slowly migrated up the coast through San Luis Obispo and San Francisco before making the leap to Salt Lake City, Utah. After a few years downtown, we moved our family of critters into a remote haven among the aspens at 8,000 feet. We now live in and work from our chalet with The Treehouse Utah nestled next door. We cherish our solitude and love being surrounded by Mother Nature; we look forward to having you experience the same quietness and beauty when you visit.
