Billy was a fantastic host, giving us a timely heads up about winter weather and going above and beyond to make sure we were prepared for wintry roads. The house was comfortable, clean and well decorated. The location is perfect for a private getaway, yet is still close to Park City and Snowbasin! We would definitely stay again.

Family had an amazing time. Home is beautiful with never ending views. Equipped with non stop fun with the pool/ping pong table, hot tub, arcade and outside activities. Great off grid feel while only being 15-20min away from ski resort, restaurants and many other fun family adventures. Host was amazing. Quick to respond to questions. Provided so much information about the local area. Really made us feel at home. Will definitely be returning. P.S. Having the 4x4 vehicle with chains during the winter months was a must.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had our children and grandchildren with us. Everyone enjoyed it. The kids had a ball with the video game arcade and loved learning to play pool. They even had some short pool cues for the kids! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The wifi worked well and there was enough space for our group to relax comfortably. The views are amazing - even from the hot tub :). It was really quiet and peaceful. We are looking forward to booking another stay this summer.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The space is private and surrounded by fantastic views. It was the perfect base camp for skiing and snowmobiling. If you are visiting in winter, a 4wd vehicle is necessary. Billy also went out of the way to provide us with snow chains if we needed them (we did not, you might). Very responsive and helpful. Would come back!
