Amazing loft, nicely decorated and well equipped, in a lively area in the center of Athens. Highly recommended.
I loved having this loft as a haven during my stay in Athens. After a busy day of exploring and sight seeing, it was nice to come back to this spacious and private location. I love the patio! It’s obvious that a lot of thought and creativity went into the design and layout. I love the openness. It is on a busy street, but it helped me feel like I wasn’t missing out on the night life, even when I was in. It is definitely central and walkable to everything amazing in Athens. Stratis was really quick to respond and very helpful when I requested to use the laundry facility. I wish I could have stayed longer Efcharistó Stratis!
De air bnb ligt op een toplocatie! De leukste wijken zijn op loopafstand! Het is een prettige ruimte om even tot rust te komen in de drukke stad. Elke ochtend een lekker ontbijtje gehad bij de binnenplaats. Stratis reageerde snel en had super leuke tips voor goede restaurants. Heerlijke seafood gegeten op een adresje waar je anders niet snel terecht komt. De leuke plekjes krijg je zo toch te weten.
We greatly enjoyed our stay in this spacious loft. It's central location steps from Monastiraki metro and square made it ideal for sightseeing, shopping, dining, and more. The vibrant night life just up the street was fun; other reviews mentioned noise being a problem, but we did not find it noisy. The many large windows shut out the vast majority of it. The private courtyard off the well-appointed kitchen was a lovely bonus space to relax in. The air conditioning and fans provided sufficient cooling for us. The curtains cordoned off the sleeping area, but there are no curtains between beds -- this is the only recommendation we'd make to upgrade this great flat. Wed happily stay here again!

自我介绍
My name is Stratis and I grew up in Athens. I have traveled extensively and lived in England, the US, Syria and Lebanon while studying Anthropology and History. I returned to Athens just when the financial crisis struck hard and I have found myself being involved in the Miaouli8 project. Miaouli8 is a collection of lofts and spaces situated in an industrial building built by my grandfather in the mid 1960s. The listings that I am hosting are the outcome of an inventive effort to revive the unused spaces of the building. Using old family furniture, second hand vintage objects from flea markets and a lot of personal work, we have transformed these former craft spaces into modern Athenian apartments.
