The Penthouse is a unique 94m² 3 bedroom apartment overlooking Athens city & Lycabettus Hill. It offers modern design, large windows & a private 50m² terrace. You can jump into the jacuzzi while watching the sunset or have fun enjoying the spacious terrace. Agios Ioannis Metro station is 500m away. Neos Kosmos Metro station is 700 m away. • Amenities such as: Wi-Fi, 55" Smart TV (Netflix included), 4 AC, Fridge, Micro-waves, Cooking stoves, Oven, Espresso machine. • Smooth & Touch-less Digital Access using an Application. • The spacious terrace with comfy poofs, sunbeds & sitting areas is the perfect place to enjoy a meal, a drink or your coffee after a long day of sight-seeing. The Penthouse features: 1 King size bedroom including a Master bathroom 1 King size bedroom 1 Queen size bedroom 1 Sofa bed 2 bathrooms (1 Master) including a walk-in shower toiletries and a hair dryer. A spacious living room & kitchen A private terrace for the guests The Penthouse is located in a residential building, only 500m on foot from Agios Ioannis metro station. It is an Airbnb oriented place, not meant to provide a hotel experience. You can take advantage of the excellent location & have a unique stay in this hidden oasis in the heart of Athens! During storms & heavy weather conditions, use of the private jacuzzi is forbidden for safety reasons. It will be sparkling clean but NOT full upon arrival. Capacity: 2 people. Parties, events & loud music are strictly forbidden. There is an outdoor security camera looking at the floor building stairs. Baby cot is available & charged 20 euros per stay. Amazing apartment. It was just like the photos but even better. I liked how it was not so close to the center. It was a lot quieter at night than it would be in Monastiraki. Panagiotis and the other hosts were very responsive and always communicative. Would love to return back !

My grown children and I like to take trips together once a year and we've stayed in quite a few airbnb's, but we all agreed this was the nicest by far. The entire apartment is spacious and well appointed. All of the appliances are new and the balcony is huge! If you are reading this now and are debating whether or not to rent this space, do it! You will not be disappointed. This really is a great place with a responsive and well prepared host!
Perfect apartment close to the center
We had a really great stay in Athens in this penthouse. It is clean and everything works well. The jacuzzi definitely added a lot of value to our stay. The host is polite and gives very clear instructions. Although we did not require any assistance from him I got the feeling he would answer immediately to any questions. Everything was walking distance around the city. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Gouva/Neos Kosmos neighborhood is an urban, residential area in the city center of Athens. Popular monuments are only a few steps away.
Red line of the subway is available; Agios Ioannis subway station 550m away & Neos Kosmos subway station 750m away, including the tram station which leads you either to the Piraeus or Voula area (easy access to the beach)
Airport:
If you wish to use a taxi from Athens Airport, fare is approximately 50 euros at daytime, 65 euros at night time (up to 4 people), with all applicable surcharges included. We can arrange a pre booked transfer, with the driver waiting at the gate, we would need the flight number arrival time. The driver will be waiting at the gate with a sign of your name on. If you wish to arrive by Metro, you can use M3 Syntagma Change M2 Neos Kosmos or Agios Ioannis.
