Our apartment is modern, spacious, and newly renovated. It is ideal for families, couples, friends, or working nomads who prefer a quiet and relaxing apartment with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and from here you can organize your visit to Athens The apartment is 100sq meters on the first floor and you can access it by either elevator or staircases. There are no stairs before accessing the elevator. It consists of three bedrooms, cohesive space for a living room, kitchen, and dining area, two bathrooms, and one balcony. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has single beds, all equipped with new mattresses to ensure a pleasant sleep. [ Amenities (here or in a different section of profile listed in detail): 4 A/C units, central heating, WIFI, TV 55”, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine(drying rack), dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric water heating, espresso machine, toaster, iron(ironing board), hair dryer] Everything is clean and laid out upon your arrival. New bed sheets and pillowcases are provided upon request. An underground parking spot (2 meters height limit) is subject to availability. Please message us to learn about the availability of the parking spot for your dates.

Great apartment, photos were accurate. Perfect location, 2 mins to the tram stop and a few stops to centre of Athens. Supermarket and pharmacy just up the road. Nice quiet area but easy access to everything. Marios met us to check in and gave us some recommendations of places to eat/visit. Everything we needed in the apartment dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc. massive terrace which did get some sun in the morning. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Only thing to bear in mind is it works on a water heater so was difficult for us all to shower at the same time as we ran out of hot water
Zeer rustige buurt. Appartement was perfect met een groot buitenterras. Elke kamer is voorzien van airco en de slaapkamers hebben rolluiken. Alles is netjes en voorzienend. Communicatie met host verliep zeer vlotjes en hij gaf merkwaardig binnen de 5 minuten antwoord op onze vragen. Hij gaf ons ook voldoende nuttige tips en leuke eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Het is een aanrader en je hoeft niet te twijfelen.
We've stayed at a lot of AirBnBs over the years and this was by far one of our favorites! The apartment itself is fully upgraded with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an upgraded kitchen, and huge balcony! The apartment also has tons of storage space and is so much larger than we expected. The location is exellent and a 5 minute walk from the main streets with cafes and restaurants. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Acropolis and Plaka. The host was absolutely lovely and met us to check-in to the building. He provided a map of recommendations as well and was super responsive anytime we had a question. We loved the decor in the house as well! We would never stay any place but here when we return to Athens. The host also kindly offered a parking spot in the garage, which was so amazing since parking on the street can be quite challenging. An amazing experience and stay!
Great space and great location to get to anywhere in Athens! It was easy to find and the perfect space for what we needed.

Neos Kosmos is a quiet, safe, and authentic Athenian neighborhood mostly consisting of residences and
local shops. The area near the neighborhood becomes especially vibrant every Saturday with an open-air
market nearby. You can find that day many market stalls with fresh vegetables, fruits, and fish from
around Greece and shop like a local. The supermarket is only 170m away from the apartment. The area also
offers a plethora of shops and services that are necessary for your daily needs. (pharmacies, banks,
bakeries, etc).
For airport arrivals, you have the following options:
1) Taxi costs a standard 42€ for Athens (24:00-05:00 costs a standard 50€)
2) Metro ticket from the airport costs 9€ per person (Airport to Neos Kosmos station).
3) X95 bus line from Airport to Syntagma Square and from there take the Metro or Tram (Syntagma
station) and disembark at Neos Kosmos station for either the Metro or Tram. The total cost per person is
6.70€ (5.5€ for bus and 1.20€ for Metro).
For port arrivals (Piraeus):
1) Taxi, fare differs during the night.
2) Metro, costs 1.20€ per person (Piraeus to Neos Kosmos station).
