The apartment is nice, clean and well located. And in a very quite district, but at the same time close to the center. It might be useful to inform that there is little mobile phone network in the area and that the internet WiFi speed in the apartment is far below standards (from 3 to 8 Mbps depending on the time where I made the speed test), therefore it is not appropriate if you need to be digital active during your stay. Apart from this we had a great time and I can only recommend the place.

The view from the terrace is stunning! We enjoyed having meals and drinks soaking up the view. There’s no need to go to a roof top bar with the panoramic views of the pantheon and city day and night. We thought it might be noisy, but despite it being a built up area it was very peaceful. It is only a few minutes walk from Neos Kosmos metro stop (with a few cafes and shops nearby) which gave us easy access to the sights and train to the airport and Piraeus. We prepared several meals and found the kitchen well set up. We’d definitely come back

Die Wohnung von Stefan bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick über sie Stadt und die Akropolis. Ebenso kann man von der Terrasse aus den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Polster des Lounge ev. ersetzen. Trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Funktionale Küche, es hat das notwendige Equipment. (Auch Tabs und Waschtabs) Alles sauber auch die Bettwäsche sehr sauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Stefans Appartement auf zwei Stöcken sehr genossen! Danke. Kommunikation war zuverlässig und rasch, wir wurden über Besonderheiten informiert. Checkin unkompliziert und nett durch Angelo, der uns alles gezeigt und erklärt hat. Die Lage ist perfekt, zwei Ubahnstationen von der Akropolis entfernt und auch die Strände sind nah und mit der SBahn erreichbar.

L’appartement de Stefan dispose d’une terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur la ville et l’Acropole. Impossible à oublier ! Il est, de plus, situé dans un quartier tranquille mais relié facilement au centre-ville via le métro et le tram. La communication avec Stefan et Tèo a été très facile.

Die Unterkunft von Stefan und Teo hat eine Terrasse mit atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Akropolis! Wir haben jeden Moment dort genossen. :) Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und man ist in wenigen Minuten bei der Ubahn bzw. Tram.
