Excellent villa and hosts. Checked us in late into the evening and even got us a couple crates of beer in ready as they knew we were coming late. The host was always responsive and replied to all of my questions almost immediately! The heated pool in April was a brilliant as we could actually enjoy a swim. The rooms were tidy and clean and the common areas were spacious and perfectly laid out for large groups. Location is great and the main marina and beached are certainly walkable (we did daily). Yet the location itself is hugely private. The free transfers to and from the airport were hugely appreciated also. Thank you so much for an excellent stay!

Brian was very responsive and helpful throughout. He provided clear and concise communication which assisted in organisation. The villa was very spacious and offered us exactly the space we required. There was plenty of sleeping space, all the necessary accessories and we really enjoyed having a pool available. Having the transfers included in the price was a real bonus.

I booked the Villa for my best mates Stag Do, and from the get-go I knew we’d made the right choice. Communication with the hosts was brilliant from the start (inc after we left with lost possessions!). We received a Guest Guide filled with useful information and plenty of local recommendations. The Villa itself is amazing, bigger than anticipated, groceries were dropped off (nice touch) and it had everything we needed. Lots of beds which were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms /wash spaces, loads of open space for socialising, we did not feel on top of each other, and an absolutely cracking pool. We asked for it not to be heated and it done the job rightly. Flexible check-in was appreciated as was the organisation of transfers to and from the airport. €48 was very reasonable between 6-8 fellas. As advertised, a few of the bedrooms are downstairs with no windows. A touch stuffy as you would expect but with the AC on very manageable. All in all, an amazing stay, thank you!

Beautiful villa in a great location. Brian’s communication was first class and we were even provided with some groceries. Would definitely recommend staying here

Great Villa - we stayed for a long weekend as a group of 8. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, even including organizing transfers to and from the airport. Lots of space, lovely pool/garden/BBQ area and just a short walk into Vilamoura and down to the marina and beach.
