We chose to stay at Arc Residences due to its proximity to the wedding venue - Frangeli House - of my cousin. Pros: + very hospitable and friendly staff, the security guard included + location description is almost accurate (away from the city noise and very quiet yet secure neighborhood), only we did not - though we should have had - expected very steep roads going to and from Arc Residences + reasonably-priced + room is clean + toilet and bath are separate (two people can use the facility at the same time), with hot and cold shower + basic amenities (towel, soap and shampoo) were provided Cons: - about 30 minutes away from the city (if you plan to really go around Baguio) - food establishments open late (around 10am) and close early (around 7am) - toilet and bath are a little cramped, the knob for the shower falls all the time (but it's fine)
