Easy jeepney/Grab access. 2min walk to 7-11, Fruit Stand. 🍁GOOD FOR GUESTS WITHOUT CAR. 🍁Street parallel parking available (park at own risk). 🍁Located in the 2nd and 3rd floor. 🍁NOTE: Review ALL details and house rules before booking for a memorable stay. PLEASE READ: I wanted to inform you that from MARCH to APRIL, there might be some POTENTIAL NOISE coming from our neighbor's side due to repairs being conducted in the firewall. The work is scheduled from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Please be advised that the RAINY SEASON extends from May to October, during which typhoons are anticipated. During these periods, there is a possibility of service disruptions including electricity, internet, and water. Near Ciudad Grande Phase 2, SLU Bakakeng, 7-11 convenience store, and eateries. 🍁Designated STREET PARKING in front (park at your OWN RISK). Good driving skills needed for parallel parking, orange cones provided for safety 🍁Comfortable and elegant with panoramic mountain views with STUNNING SUNRISE. 🍁ALONG the main road and convenient for NON-drivers with easy access to taxis, grab food, jeepneys, and private vehicles 🍁Along a bustling main road, occasional noise from passing vehicles and sometimes from barking of DOGS :) 🍁FULL KITCHEN at the bottom of the loft equipped kitchen with rice cooker, gas stoves, pots, pans, plates, microwave, and refrigerator 🍁Please avoid cooking strong-smelling foods 🍁Located in the 3rd Floor of the house. Nice and clean
We really enjoyed out stay at the Loft! The place is so pretty and homy! Aydin is very responsive on all of our queries. Will definitely book again on our next visit to Baguio.
I highly recommend this place, very clean, cozy and feels like home vibes. I especially love their bathroom and toilet it's very clean. Easy access to taxi or grab. I will book them again when I'm going back to Baguio.
I was surprised to see Php 1,000+ added fee as cleaning fee when I was booking. Making the total about Php 3,500+. This made me ask the host if he can waive the cleaning fee since I was alone and going for one night. He made an offer that is acceptable. Though the place is clean and same as photos, it’s still along the high way so it won’t be as quiet. Best part for me is the bathroom showers and the bed, which gave me really good sleep. And of course the view, it is best in the morning and then it will be hot already by midday. There is no AC, btw. Overall a good stay if you intend privacy and really being away from commercial establishments. Based on my stay though, paying a total of Php 2,800+ while required to take photos of the unit before leaving and taking all trash bags out (though stated in rules) didn’t really give me a good feel after. I paid more in other places before without needing to do those, so actually experiencing it, maybe not best for the price.
The space was amazing with a great sunrise view. It can be easily found on google, very near on jeepney terminal and accesible for taxis as the house is just along the road. The loft has complete amenities for our whole stay. The area was secured, clean and spatious. Highly recommended for folks working from home who wants a new environment and for small families travelling to Baguio. The host was very responsive and helpful, they have laid out clear instructions and was able to provide all info needed for our stay.
