The house is 5-7 min drive from SM City and Burnham Park. It is also walking distance to Camp 7 Satellite Market. NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: Lion's View Deck, The MANSION, Wright Park, Mines View Park, Good Shepherd Convent, Lourdes Grotto, Baguio Botanical Garden, Philippine Military Academy, Baguio Country Club, Camp John Hay We have complete kitchen utensils, refrigerator, Hot shower, indoor FIREPLACE, 55" Cable TV, Free WIFI, Electric fans, Complimentary drinking water and 2 secured car parking area. Guests are provided with beddings, pillows and blankets. The house consists of 3 levels, so it is very spacious for the guests. We can accommodate up to 20 pax. The house has also onsite host that can assist the guest for any emergency. The property is also equipped with 2 active security cameras, one at the house entrance and the second one is at the driveway.

Roda Beth was a great host as she quickly responds to my queries and requests. We initially got lost (per Waze) but after asking around, we were led to the right place. Gina, the caretaker, warmly accommodated us and briefed us on the house rules. Rooms were spacious and clean including the toilets. The house is equipped with electronic lock. Truly appreciated the availability of coffee maker and water dispenser especially after coming from a long trip! the garage could accommodate small cars.
It was a very good deal. Affordable yet classy and cozy accommodation. At first we had a hard time locating the address but it’s worth it naman. Thanks. Will definitely book again on our next Baguio trip.

The House is situated inside Breeze Homes subdivision, a very peaceful and cozy neighborhood. Around it are luxurious American home design community. The property has 2 car port only. Extra car will be parked in the upper street outside the subdivision (the management will not be held responsible for any damages). There is also a 24 hour grocery store "Merry Mart, sattellite market, Bank and Pasalubong center, 7/11 convenience store, laundry shop, and flourished with small restaurants in the neighborhood.
Our house is perfect for families and large groups, with five(5) beautifully furnished bedrooms. First level of the house is the main living room with a nook and a Big flat screen TV for Entertaiment. The kitchen is also located at the first level of the house and another kitchen outside. Our Master's Bedroom is located at the second level of the house. It has a king size bed with private full bathroom. Second Bedroom has two queen size bed and a private balcony perfect for taking fresh air. Third bedroom has one Queen size bed. We also have another balcony at the second level facing the front of the house for relaxation. There is a common full bathroom also at the second level. Third floor which is the attic has a spacious living room with a big flat screen television for entertainment. It has 1 queen size bed and 1 double bed adjacent to the living room. It has also one big bedroom that has 2 queen size bed and 2 single bed. We also provide pull out beds for free.
All our bathrooms have access to a hot and cold shower.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a microwave oven, coffee maker, rice cooker, and all necessary utensils. We even offer free drinking water, so you don't have to worry about stocking up on supplies. We also provide a flat iron, wood fireplace, and griller, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
