Suzanne’s place was wonderful and cosy, near the train station and town, but tucked back from the road. This meant it was quiet. The house itself was just perfect with all amenities and a lovely sun trap back garden. Suzanne communicated all throughout my stay and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back!

Lovely house near the centre of Newark. Exactly as described in the listing. Unusual as the house is in a row of terraced houses between two other rows of houses so not on a roadside and access is via a pathway. But this means it is a very peaceful location with no people or road noise at night. Its location is an easy 5 minute flat walk to the middle of Newark. Newark is still full of character buildings that show its history. We also visited Lincoln during our stay as it is only a short car journey away. Suzanne is a great host and everything is provided. She responds quickly to any questions or requests.

Suzanne is a fantastic host. Great communication and always happy to help or accommodate our needs. Lovely small house that feels very homely, very comfortable beds and linen.

Comfortable and all amenities as listed. Ideal location 5 mins from station and town centre.

Suzanne’s home is very welcoming. It’s tucked away from the main road and is very quiet. Suzanne left us welcome goodies which we appreciated. She responded straight away when we had a query and was friendly and helpful The parking permit was great and we just parked up and had a leisurely walk into the town. We would stay at Suzanne’s place again
