Overall an amazing experience. Pros: - Included private parking is so convenient - Extremely comfortable couch, pillows, blanket - Very responsive, nice, and flexible host - Big bathroom with space and an additional table - Very clean, beautiful house with cute decor - Water filter included in fridge (brita-type) - Cute backyard with tables and bikes provided - Tall shower head - my 6’2 boyfriend loved if Overall would recommend

Great location - walkable into town but also on the free bus route. Good amenities-all we needed.

Great little spot to explore Charleston. Nicely decorated and great use of the space. communication was super clear and they were very proactive with local recommendations.

We had everything we needed and the description was accurate. There were some minor cleanliness issues. We had to clean the tub again, and there were some stains on towels and bed linens. The couch felt a little gross to me and there were wet towels left in the washing machine when we arrived. It was very difficult to unpack as there wasn’t a single dresser or drawers to put clothes in and only a handful of hangers available. Additionally we wished there were a few more basics included in the apartment. We had to purchase additional toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels as there weren’t enough. We also had to purchase a basic spray cleaner, dish soap, sponge, and laundry detergent. These weren’t included in the listing, so it wasn’t so surprising, but would have been nice and these types of things are often included in other places we’ve stayed at this price point. Our parking space was taken at one point. The area was very good, and walkable to lots of restaurants and sites.

This space was lovely, but there is no noticeable insulation between the 1st and 2nd floors. We were awakened each morning at 6:30am by the 3 smallchildren staying above us. I did reach out to management on day one, and they spoke to the family, but honestly, 6:30 is not an unreasonable time for children to get up. We should have been informed that a family would be staying above us, and we could have gone elsewhere. Additionally, my friend, who stayed in the from room, was awakened in the middle of the night by people right outside her window, having long conversations. The apartment had sound machines, and I had brought 2 of my own, having lived in many cities, and very aware of city noise. This was MUCH more than that and nothing a sound machine could fix. We are both exhausted at the end of our trip. This space should be represented more accurately so that we could have had a restful vacation.
